Build and manage a book of business, develop shipper relationships, source carrier capacity, and negotiate rates. You'll own your lanes and your clients — this is a commission-driven role with serious upside for motivated closers.
Coordinate load assignments, maintain real-time carrier communication, track shipments, and resolve in-transit issues. You're the operational backbone that keeps our freight moving on time, every time.
